  • Phone number (mobile and landline)
  • SMS/MMS opt-in records, consent, and message content
  • Call recordings, transcripts, voicemails, and call metadata

  • Information you submit through forms, demos, or support requests

We also collect limited technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed) through standard server logs and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Cue Caller service
  • Route, transcribe, and follow up on phone calls on your behalf
  • Send service-related SMS messages, notifications, and appointment reminders to recipients who have opted in
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send transactional and account communications
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. SMS / Mobile Information Sharing (A2P 10DLC)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors supporting the services we provide (for example, telecom carriers and messaging platforms used to deliver messages) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent records are stored only for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested and demonstrating compliance with applicable regulations.

4. How We Share Other Information

Outside of the SMS restrictions above, we may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support tools), under contracts that require confidentiality.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cue Caller, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent records are retained for the period required by applicable law and carrier rules.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may opt out of marketing email at any time by following the unsubscribe link.
  • You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
  • Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
